Carinna Kenigsberg

Carinna has played an instrumental role in expanding programs, developing teams and structure in both Victoria and Vancouver, enhancing evaluation tools and goals, and creating strategic partnerships at Power To Be. Carinna has a degree in Child and Youth Care and leads with an ability-centered approach. She practices inclusivity wholeheartedly, from the way she uniquely connects with individuals, to how she is consistently able to find opportunities to build on people’s strengths.

Carinna understands the strategic benefit of partnerships and how rich an experience can be when it happens through the collaboration of diverse skill sets, histories, cultures, and perspectives. It is with this mindset and philosophy that Carinna aims to be a steward for people, our natural environment, and our community. Carinna values being rooted, facilitating valuable experiences, and finding authentic ways to move the notions of inclusion and impact forward collectively.
