Pay For Your Program

Before you begin your program, this is where you’ll take care of payment. We believe that cost should never be a barrier to meaningful experiences, so we offer a sliding scale payment system—meaning you pay what you can, not what you can’t.

We’re committed to making our programs accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. That’s why we use a sliding scale. If you’re in a position to pay the full amount (or more), your contribution directly supports those who otherwise wouldn’t be able to join.

Sliding Scale Payment FAQs

  • Sliding scale payments at Power To Be refer to our flexible pricing system where the cost of our programs can be adjusted based on your ability to pay. Taking into consideration underemployment, discrimination, disability, caregiving responsibilities, and more, we aim to remove finances as a barrier and offer you the choice to pay what you can.

  • Our sliding scale payments allow you to self-select your program payment, based on your current financial situation. The base cost for our day programs starts at $15. If you have financial stability, we would appreciate a full payment of the base cost for each program to help keep our programs running, and additional donations allow us to provide flexibility for folks who have financial barriers. This pay-what-you-can model makes it easier for everyone to access our inclusive programs!

  • Your program fee supports our programs! Food costs, equipment repair, transportation, group activities and materials, and more.

  • Our pricing starts at $0, which is a bursary for those who need full financial support. The final cost option on the drop down menu (anywhere from $15 to $1500 depending on the program) is what it costs for us to run the program.
