Dawn Kloster

Originally from Cochrane, Alberta, Dawn moved to Vancouver Island in 2017 and now calls East Sooke home. An adventurer at heart, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, paddleboarding, hiking, birdwatching, gardening, crafting, and doing just about anything by the ocean.

Dawn has worked in the non-profit sector for 31 years, starting with youth-focused roles at the Boys & Girls Clubs and Woods Homes and later moving into fundraising at organizations such as Canadian Diabetes Association, Canadian Cancer Society, and most recently with Pre-K to Grade 12 private schools, raising funds for capital campaigns. Passionate about Power To Be’s mission, Dawn is excited to contribute to its meaningful impact.
