Training & Facilitation Lead

VICTORIA

Graham’s love for running rivers and nature flows from his childhood spent exploring the lakes and forests around Peterborough, Ontario. He started guiding canoe trips in 1998 which led to whitewater rafting and kayak instruction on the Ottawa River, and recently leading multi-week river expeditions in the Yukon and Northwest Territories.

In addition to his outdoor experience, he holds a BA in International Development from McGill University and an MA in International Affairs from Carleton University. After calling Vancouver home for 9 years, in 2024 Graham relocated to Fernie, British Columbia, where he continues to support Power To Be with special projects focused on advancing inclusive practices in the outdoor industry.
