Jen grew up in British Columbia, exploring and fostering a deep appreciation for the power of nature. Coming from a background in adaptive summer camping, Jen fell in love with supporting people with barriers and making innovative ideas become reality.

Jen’s practice is rooted in creativity and community, stemming from her training in jazz music and music therapy. She is a people centered, collaborative and strategic leader. Always confident that there’s a way to make something work and driven by a belief in the strong power of community, Jen is passionate about inclusivity, innovation, and relationship building.
