Mike Waters

For more than 25 years, Mike Waters has committed himself to building community. 

He has led and supported various initiatives aimed at developing and enhancing programs, services, facilities, and infrastructure for everyone to access and benefit from. 

Previously, Mike served as the Senior Manager of Programs at Power To Be and has held several senior leadership roles in municipal and regional government agencies, as well as in not-for-profit organizations throughout Western Canada.

Mike currently leads an organizational development and skills training company. 

He lives in Rural Saanich with his family and enjoys time riding and walking with his two Great Danes.
