Patrick has roots in Ontario but has found his home here on the west coast. A career educator, Patrick has taught at all levels from preschool to University, although his passion is for the middle years. He holds a BFA in Art Education and a Master's degree in educational leadership as well as Montessori training at both the elementary and secondary school levels.
Patrick believes passionately that the outdoors is truly the best classroom and has led hundreds of students to the remote corners of Vancouver Island. An avid surfer, kayaker, rock climber, ultra trail runner and mountaineer, he maximizes his free time with his family in the great outdoors.
Although new to the Power To Be Board, he is grateful to be able to contribute in a meaningful way to the ongoing work and future plans of this amazing community.
