Tracey Drake

Tracey Drake has gratefully called Victoria home for nearly 18 years. She is a mother and proud grandmother who values people and places above all else. As CEO of the Royal BC Museum, Tracey leads one of British Columbia’s most iconic cultural institutions, championing reconciliation, accessibility and the collective history of the province.

With years of experience leading organizations through change and growth, Tracey believes in the power of connection—between people, between nature and wellbeing, and between ideas and action. She brings a deep commitment to community, collaboration, and purpose-driven leadership.
